Sugared Fruit Tutorials by Martha Stewart

This is a collection of tutorials on how to make sugared fruits for various desserts. They’re deliciously beautiful for wedding cakes or something as small as mini tartlets!

So don’t get intimidated by the pictures above, you can make this at home for mini pies, regular pies, cheesecakes, angel food cakes, tarts, etc etc etc! BE CREATIVE!

On another note, the last cake reminds me of an episode of Julia Child’s PBS TV show where Martha Stewart was the guest and she made this beautiful marzipan almond cake for a segment. It was very cool to see these two fab diva’s interacting! However these are real fruit not marzipan…. watcha waiting for??? click the link to learn to decorate them! ;)
